Hey, I’m LJ (L’nielle Joy, if we’re being formal).

I help business owners handle the behind the scenes stuff... the systems, the operations, the social media, and everything else that piles up when you’re the one doing it all.

I know that pile pretty well. When I had Dalaga, my beauty studio, I never needed someone full time or even part time on a set schedule. I needed help in the busy seasons, usually at hours outside of 9 to 5, and I wanted someone to bounce ideas off of who could also set up systems so I wasn’t running the whole business out of my head. A fractional partner made the most sense, so that’s what I became for other business owners.

I’ve spent 15 years in operations, events, and community, and I’ve built and run my own businesses along the way, so keeping a lot of moving parts on track is what I do best.

Most people come to me for operational setup and social media. I learn how your business runs, build what you need for the season you’re in, and adjust when that season changes.

Outside of work I’m a wife/mom, I run The Rise Well Club with Barb, and every so often I raise litters for a breeder (so yes, sometimes there are puppies everywhere). I love anything personal development, and I love love in every form... relationships, movies, TV, books, music, all of it.
